Don't let the looks of this place fool you. It has some of the best homemade Mexican Cuisine in the area. It really does look like a little hole in the wall but the staff are awesome and the food is awesome.

The feeling you get when you're here is like you're sitting at home at your kitchen table and your mom is making your food for you. The gal that does the cooking doesn't look like my mom but I'd kind of like to go back and give her a hug because the food is that good.

Great little place for lunch.  I had the taco platter: two pastor and one steak taco.  Surprisingly, the steak was better.  I've had better pastor but still very good.  Salsa, beans, rice all good!  Solid, authentic Mexican!

Probably the best Mexican/Tex-Mex restaurant in the Waterloo/cedar falls area. Great food, great staff and great price. Wish I could give more stars, highly recommended.

Super Nice people & fantastic food! The fajta steak & chicken from the meat counter are  wonderful on the grill. The roast carnita meat , sold on weekend mornings, is amazing!

it's very dirty, from the floors to the glass doors. I have been here about 5 years ago and it was clean and organized now it's dirty an very tight to walk through.
