Service and food at this Burger King is hit and miss. There are times the food is hot and fresh. Other times it tastes as though it has been sitting a while. I know it is put together as it is ordered. But I wonder if the food stays in the warmer too long. The service is hit and miss as well. At times the employees have a smile with a warm greeting. Other times they look and act like they would rather be somewhere else. I will say 97% of the time it is clean. Other times it is hard to find a table that has been washed off. I rarely go when they are busy. I just never know how the food and service will be.

Customer service was pretty good, friendly, and the new quarter pound sour dough king burger was amazing!!!

Food is good. Took forever to get food. The customer service is very poor. Placed food on counter and didn't smile. Made it seem like you are a bother for coming in. Asked for ranch dressing and gave it to us and seemed like a big deal because we didn't want the onion rings sause. This was the worst customer service I've had at a Burger King .

By far the best Burger King and fast food chain in the area. Disappointments are minimal and they'll make your food correctly not soggy. If you're in a rush and need food quickly I'd recommend it. But also for the people who complain too much, the food's not $10 hamburgers here and they'll make it hot if you ask them but if they're busy show respect.

I went through the drive though and they had me wait out front to get me food. I sat there for 15 Mom after I paid to get my food. No apology of anything. There was no line not a reason for this. Completely ridiculous. I’m never coming back. Terrible service.
