I stay at hotels often for work so I am a little bit picky. Well, I Loved this hotel! Rooms are clean, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable! Every staff member I interacted with was kind! The location was convenient. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Denver!!

Worst experience ever. We have been here two days and have yet to see anyone from housekeeping. If you like clean towels don't stay here. Front desk is not helpful or friendly. They told me if I wanted clean towels or more coffee I could come get them myself. Fan makes an awful rattling noise and front desk said they can't help us because they don't have any maintenance. I have never posted a negative review online before but this is completely unacceptable. If they had even been slightly apologetic it would have helped.

I used to like staying here with my kids. This stay, I stepped over used needles, and passed people smoking weed on the stairway multiple times. Not using my rewards to stay here ever again. Even the rooms next to the office have cigarette butts and paraphernalia everywhere. Customers throw trash in parking lot- where it sits until the wind blows it away. Room service is anywhere from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 pm if you're lucky. I have spent a lot of money at this location, but never again.

The room was impeccably clean.

But why do I have to crawl under the desk to plug in my laptop? And why are there no available electric oulets on the night table? This is 2017. Business travelers
 need outlets. I won't be staying here again.

BE WARNED!!!! We needed a hotel/motel close to our house that allowed pets while having work done on our home.  La Quinta Northglenn is pet friendly. Unfortunately, it also has cockroaches which I discovered when I turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the night to see three cockroaches scurrying out of the light. Needless to say, we removed ourselves  and our pets early the next morning.  I also explained to the front desk person why we were leaving a day early, and I was nice about it. Her response was to  inform me that she would let the maintenance people know about it!  We ended up staying at a very nice Marriott Suites hotel which was only $20.00 more a night.  I will NEVER recommend La  Quinta Northglenn, and I had to hire a pest control service just in case  we had unwanted travelers in our luggage. A really bad experience!
