One of the most patient and accomodating staffs I have ever experienced. My home during Hurricane Harvey and Irma.I could never thank them enough for everything they did during such a trying time. Barbara who was there every morning for breakfast was a personal beacon of hope.

Been trying to book a room through your app since Harvey and it always says no rooms available. Now I need a couple of rooms for the weekend of March 9th to scatter my mother's ashes and really wanted to stay with you.  I guess we will be looking elsewhere.

They allow dogs! 1st room had an ac issue and stunk of mold/mildew. 2nd room stunk of smoke.  A lot of smoke to the point that your clothes smelled like it when leaving the room! We went and purchased baking soda, doused the carpet with it then the front desk gave us industrial strength Febreze! We only stayed because we had our pets with us.

The service was beyond expected! We arrived during the night and we noticed that the TV had an issue, but it was more important to go out to see around. In the morning I went to report the TV and by the time I made it to the room it was already fixed! The attention was wonderful and food of great quality.

We stayed here last year for spring break loved the employees they were so sweet to us! We are planning on coming back again this year!  I do agree the rooms were a little musty smelling but wasn't bothered by it.
