The staff are nice and attentive, and there is free breakfast. However, the room smells funny and the bathroom is raggedy. The place looks old and needs some work.

The rooms are what you would expect. They are of average size and the rooms do appear clean. The power outlets are located behind the bed and very hard to access. They are so close to the bed that any mocement on the bed causes the lights to flicker and the alarm clock to reset. You cannot plug a cell phone power cable into them either. Our biggest issue is with adjoining rooms. We requested and were told that we had two adjoining rooms. Upon check in we were not given adjoining rooms and we're told that it is not guaranteed. The adjoining rooms they do have are occupied by long term guests and they were unable to give us adjoinong rooms for that reason. We suggest the hotel place long term guests in a block of rooms that are not adjoining and that the hotel keep a set of adjoining rooms free for guest's who request them. Finally, this hotel gladly accepts cats which was are deciding factor.

Clean rooms but could be cleaner. Nice free breakfast and clean pool. They even have a fitness area but could be larger. Overall very nice stay here.

This place deserves no stars, the only thing good about it was the breakfast and even that got weird, I saw a couple of people in there on some heavy drugs and it made me feel uneasy, they allow dogs at this hotel and all night all I could hear was barking. The sink is almost touching the floor the rooms are definitely not cleaned right, one of my co workers had told me her pillows had still smelled like cologne possibly from a previous stay. Then my boyfriend wakes up with 5 bites, so we start freaking out about bed bugs we start lifting up sheets and sure enough found about 3 bugs on the mattress, we were really disgusted at that point we had work in about 30 minutes, so we decide to just switch the room we had actually put the bug on a plate to show the front desk clerk she was obviously disgusted, and had told her manager that we shoved it in her face, but really didnt seem concerned with helping us, we told them to witch us to the newest cleanest room, so she switched us and we go and check the mattress and sure enough we found another bed bug, at this point we just wanted to get out of that place, so we wanted to get reimbursed for the night we stayed there, they had called the manager from her house and she made my boyfriend walk her up to the room and show her the mattress, as if they didn't believe him, they were really rude to him from what he told me they were looking at his picture and trying to take their own saying they dont match she had an iPhone 3 or 4 my boyfriend has a Samsung galaxy 7 of course there is a quality difference and considering bed bugs are not too big in the first place and hard to spot, they gave us major attitude we went to the front desk to check out the manager and owner had said there was no incidents before which was complete bs my coworker had found a bed bug and cockroach in his room as well not a baby roach a big nasty one, I had told her that they had start raising their voices at me and started telling me basically that i didn't know what i was talking about and threatened to call my manager on me proceeded to do that and tell him I was the rude one, which didn't make any sense we are sitting here with bed bug bites and even if i was rude its not like i had no reason to be we were really mistreated, we had met a guy on the elevator he had asked us how we were doing so we were telling him not well, we told him to be careful bed bugs are not fun to deal with and we started pulling away the owner had saw him ran up to him an who knows what she told him im assuming anything to make her and her hotel look better. I'm in total disgust with these managers and owners, I can not believe how unprofessional they were acting. I'm in total disgust.

Nice staff. Decent rooms always clean. WiFi was okay.
