The beds were super comfortable and my room was cleaned daily. Only downfall is this hotel can use some huge improvements. The bathroom needs remodeling and the TV was very old the screen kept blacking out. My refrigerator wants working properly but maintenance fixed it right away. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We made a reservation here for a weekend. Called ahead of time to tell the staff that we’re going to be late for check in time. They said it was cool. Upon arriving there at 2am, they tell us they gave our room to someone else 👀. Like who is trying to find a hotel room at 2am after a 10h drive to their destination. They just send us down the street to the other basic  La Quinta hotel

NO STAFF!!! They had one woman at the front desk on a saturday trying to check in about 30 people. We were told that a shuttle would pick us up from the airport and we called the hotel the phone constantly wrung and then when the woman picked up she said she was doing everything alone. I felt bad for her. By time we got there someone else did show up. The soda machine took my $2 which they did give back at the front desk. If you wanted towels or anything extra you had to come down to the lobby to get them yourself! This Is how understaffed  they were. Never again!

I'm paying about $250/night for a room in this place.  Pretty disappointed in the hotel amenities...among other things...we're staying on a floor where most rooms are in the process of renovation...banging going on in the next room to us during the day...back door to the hotel is ajar all the time...no security there.....wife and I are trying to do a load of wash in our floor's laundry room...but they have no laundry soap available or on sale.....only one of the two elevators is working...every time we get into the one operating elevator....the thing drops a couple of inches before it heads upward...notice that the current inspection certificate for the elevator expired last July... on the positive side of things..close to the airport..free airport shuttle service...good breakfast...people pretty nice...they DO accept pets...we have two dogs...but at $517 for a two night stay...this place should be better

Hard to understand over the phone, multiple times, hung up on me when I was trying to find the shuttle from the airport, felt like I should already know the area on our first visit. Was told the shuttle to our cruise dock  was covered, had to pay $20 up front in cash with no receipt from the guy. And the floor we were on smelled like my old school's biology room during dissection week. The only working elevator, of two, jerked going down a couple times, nearing first floor. WiFi is free, and so is delivery from their recommended pamphlet (expired weeks prior, stated end of Dec I believe) restaurant, which was reported to have had roaches less than a year ago.
