Very disappointed with condition of stay. When you stay at a hotel (especially the most expensive in the area) you have certain expectations. I don't mind people having there pets but guest should be made aware if they're going to be in a room next to what sounded like half a dozen small dogs that like to start barking before the sun comes up. There was no working fan in our bathroom. The room door handle was loose and had to be jiggled to open the door. Only one elevator worked which led to being over crowded and long waits just to go up and down. The hot tub was down which would have been nice to know in advance. About the only good thing we thought about our stay was the breakfast. The food was decent and had a lot to choose from. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and next time we visit we will NOT be stay at La Quinta.

I was impressed with the cleanliness. The breakfast wasn't bad at all. We had a room near the elevators and in between rooms belonging to the camps. I slept two hours. The curtains don't close so there was a lot of light inside as well. The Inn was full to the brim with campers. All polite and nice, but I wished they didn't knock to wake us up at 5am and every half an hour after.

Breakfast is great, liked that it is pet friendly (even though we didn't have our pet with us). Gym & hot tub were both closed (June 2017) - mentioned in previous reviews. Staff member didn't know what to do when they ran out of cots (they have air mattresses), and then brought a mattress pad instead of a comforter. Manager was much more competent---and certainly was helpful. Tight fit for 5 people (but appreciate they allow it---so many hotels max out at 4).

Room was nice and clean. No sign of bed bugs. A little sad the hot tub was under construction and there was sausage links instead of patties. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall awesome experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Great location with several great restaurants within walking distance.
