Small shop but has any parts you'd need are probably there  and the staff were helpful.

Ordered lugs for my snare. They sent me receipts and invoices and never shipped my lugs. I called and emailed multiple times and never got a response back after leaving numerous messages. Been 2 months and I still don't have my lugs and am out $60.
