The food is great and very reasonable priced. I always get the pupusas and horchata. It's excellent!

However, I had to change my rating after a disappointing experience. I visited recently well before closing time and the doors were locked. There were still people inside and at the counter and there were no signs that the restaurant was actually closed. I don't know if they ran out of food or what because no explanation or apology was offered. I just thought that it was unprofessional. 

So before making a special trip out of your way, (like I have to since I don't live in the area) it seems like it's best to call ahead anytime after 7:30PM.

I always order for pick up and there service is great. Food is always ready when I arrive.  Love their pupusas.

Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY has an attitude here. NOBODY HERE SMILES at all. Evrybody lookes like they hate their job and rather be else where. Putting aside the mood kill, they sell the best pupusas in town.

Pupusas are not that good if you want to kill your hunger then yea go for it.

Appreciation for their customers is what's missing from this place. 

Being that my parents are Salvadorian, I'm always looking for a great pupusa spot. This place has some good food but it's hard for me to overlook their lack of customer service towards their customer base. I've eaten here many times and each time I'm forcing myself to create a better experience for my family and I. The employees here are rude, non attentive and give you the impression that they are bothered by their customers when they eat here.  

I purchased my last meal with them yesterday, because I refuse to support a restaurant that doesn't value their paying customers.
