Would have been zero stars but at lease they got the order correct. I waited in the drive thru for 20min.on my lunch break. They never told me the wait time nor apologize . I hate that this is the closest fast food restaurant by my job.

Least organized and effective. Lines build up and make sure to check your order they will miss and mess up your order. Soggy tomatoes too

They take too much attending customers on the drive thru and then when they are taking your order they ask you it is complete youre order and youre not finiahed. They need to change the employees.

My second time going to this Wendy’s the first time me and my boyfriend went it was close to closing and the only thing that was ok was the burger even though they put a bigger meat on it I guess because that’s what they had left.. then no more nuggets do have us chicken tenders and they were horrible !!! So hard and crispy and old .. I went today and samething the same guy was there with neck braids and all my food was old like just been sitting there down to the cheese .. so disappoints and the guy is a manger then I seen the girl girl keep having to run to look at the screen by the drive thru.. just horrible I wasted my money idk why they give people old food. This is the first Wendy’s to do this. Smh pathetic I will not be back

The order taker was half asleep. Doesn't seem to know how to spell common names. Couldn't make change without using 6 single bills. Then I went to get my drink but no Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, ... Just fruity and waters. The tables are dirty. I sat as far up front ant still kept hearing staff yelling at each other, I don't know why I would return.
