We found La Tropicana on Yelp and decided to give it a try. We are so happy we did. Their pozole was phenomenal, and their portions were huge!

Absolutely amazing Mexican food! The staff is incredibly friendly, the restaurant is incredibly clean, and the food is delicious.

Worst customer service ever! Our waiter was horrible. She had a despicable attitude. She never checked on us once. Our drinks were empty. I had to go ask for our tortillas and extra limes. I know being a waiter is difficult especially when the place is packed, but there was no one else. Instead she was chatting with her coworker the whole time.

It's always good when I go. The carne asada and pastor meat is pretty tasty. I usually get a carne asada burrito and add a pastor taco and  it's pretty fulfilling for around $10. One thing though is sometimes the tortillas on the tacos are but dry or lack flavor. The salsa Verde is pretty good.

Customer service is good, very polite wait staff. Food was alright, probably won't come here again. Do not get the pupusas,  they were very dry and did not have much flavor. I payed $7 for my plate and only took a few bites of each one. The cabbage dressing that goes along with these was very dry as well. No flavor. Stick to El salvadoran joints for pupusas. On the upside the torta I ordered was good. I did enjoy that.

Waitress never came to ask how anything was, Never came to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything else or had a sense of humor or hospitality. my carnitas was overcooked. Very dry. Was told they used to give bigger servings of food compared to what was given. Found hair in the food and they didn’t bother apologizing or coming up with a resolution. Terrible food and worse service from these untrained servers. Won’t be coming back, there’s better places you can get Mexican food from than here. Don’t bother

Loved this place since they were at their previous location. Best tacos ever. Not giving 5 stars cause the waitresses could use more customer service skills in person and over the phone. Hopefully that improves. Other then than that, always recommend this place.

Quite easily one of the easiest 5-star recommendations I've made. Food is spectacular.Food: 5/5

Awesome food, refreshments and hospitality! Loved it... No complaints here. Great menu. Beware of the jalapenos... Lightening and Fire!
