Helpful and courteous staff. Loved the way they used software to mock up our fabric choices and furniture on the computer so we could see what our room would look like. Good range of higher and lower prices, especially with the sale, and a range of options to choose from. to Would shop here again for sure.

My husband and I loved working with the staff at the South Elgin location - especially Royce and Jamie!  They helped us find the perfect furniture solution to our small space and made every accommodation to make the process smooth and enjoyable.  They graciously took the time to insert our ideas into software so we could visualize it, and they patiently helped us decide the perfect finishings for our new furniture.  We can't wait to enjoy the beautiful and comfortable pieces when they arrive in our home!

What a pleasant experience. Jennifer's easy-going attitude made it easy to relax in the store and we all took plenty of time discussing our purchases and customizing the product. She was extremely patient

Overall great experience! Courtney worked with my special back issues to find the perfect loveseat that fit my needs.....she was quite knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Good job, La-Z-Boy for choosing the right person for the right job!

Sales lady was very helpful with what I needed.i have a bad back so I needed Lumbar support. The cushion is also going to be beefed up for additional support. Sales clerk was the best. Even helped me pick out the fabric. I think I made a wise choice.
