Belinda was so helpful! She was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable about her different mattresses. She worked hard to make sure my parents (in their mid 80's) would be comfortable in their new adjustable bed, and would be safe with the correct height mattress. Highly recommend Belinda, she's a pleasure to work with!

I received a thorough education on mattress types, individual firmness requirements and pricing at the South Elgin location. Belinda, the store manager, took an extensive amount of time and interest in my personal preferences. I am very happy with my purchase and the individual customer service provided by her.

We had a great experience in picking out our new mattress! Belinda was so knowledgeable on the products and steered us towards a great mattress! We realized that we ordered the incorrect size mattress at the time of delivery (my fault-not the stores) and it was quickly corrected and the new one delivered the next day. Great products and excellent customer service!

What a great store! Belinda went above and beyond to help us get just the right mattress! I have a lot of back problems and shoulder pain and she was so knowledgeable on all the mattresses and was so patient and sweet to work with. I would highly recommend going to this store for your next mattress!

I walked in not really knowing what I wanted but Belinda was very patient with me and knew how to make great recommendations. She walked me through the details and helped me get a great deal. I purchased a mattress that day.
