Originally I gave L & I a 2 star rating, but this changed on my subsequent visit. We were going through some changes with our company and had to change our name. Long story short, The first time I went down I had the worst experience possible, the person (first name Caroline) on the other end of the counter was looking for every opportunity to not help me. From the way she asked questions to the way she responded to me I got the feeling she either didn't want to help me or didn't like her job. On the second visit I was helped by Crystal, who was the most delightful person I have ever dealt with any governmental body. She helped me navigate the bureaucracy rather than using it against me. If you every see this Crystal, THANK YOU!!!!

I called to inquire about the mandatory workplace posters. Name and address and they were sent out to me with very minimal effort. It was harder to find the correct phone number Thru the websites. Thank you google for making that easy.

Our Government talks about evil doers but they fail to look in their back yard this one is the epitome of evil...I have an issue that is coming up that goes back 22 years and how they let a motor carrier lie and they looked the other way...Washington does not like you if you can out lawyer the employer and the stated. I will settle you bet.

Quick and easy. Just make sure you bring all your paperwork! Thank God I did hahahha. Just a few mixups on my insurance but all in all a good experience!
