1 out of 5 star is too generous for their service. 

I tried to pay online and through the phone which did not work. When I called them for a help, they genuinely did not care about the online payment system error. They kept saying that there is no way for me to pay online thus I should just walk in and pay. 
Furthermore, they are unfriendly. I aspire not to be like them at my work place.

The judge was really fair. Security line was short and fast yet effective. Overall a perfectly mediocre experience which in this case earns five stars

Spent many days here as a citizen trying to navigate my through, it wasn't easy. I uploaded pictures for the public interest to Google Places and Facebook, as I found there were very limited pictures of this public place online. Here's an overview I hope you may find helpful. Floor 1 includes a coffee stand with sandwiches, law library, sheriff's and clerk's office. The law library is open to everyone from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, closed on Saturday and Sunday. The copy machine in the law library takes cash only and is $.20 per copy. Copy cards are reserved for attorneys only, prohibited from the public. There is no color copy machine anywhere in the entire building. The librarians will happily make change however are somewhat limited so best to come prepared. You may rent a conference room for free, up to 4 hours. There is a log book (white binder) at the library counter to self-reserve. Computer use is free and you are able to print ($.25 per print, cash only). Floor 2 includes private lounges for attorneys, restricted from the public, however the bathrooms are public and much newer, cleaner than Floor 1 bathrooms (it's worth taking the stairs up one floor to utilize). Floor 3 is where you drop off your working copies for the judge. Dogs are allowed in if you notify security it is a therapy dog and ensure your dog behaves (no paperwork necessary). You may bring in your own food and drink inside, security asks you take a sip of your beverage in front of them before you enter. You do not need to take your shoes off as you go through security, therefore a recent pedicure or matching socks are not necessary. Cameras are indeed allowed into the courtroom, which exception to Domestic Violence and Juvenile cases (ask judge for permission beforehand). Many of the judges were out today, it was a Friday and the weather was nice so maybe that is why they were not at work. Hope this helps you navigate through our public court systems. Side note - there are 8 floors total and I only visited 3 of the 8. Of course, I am not an attorney so do not take anything I type as legal advice, it is only information I have gathered from 7/15/16 as a public citizen making a visit.

Horrible service from the clerks. One gave me an attitude and decided to not erase my ticket that I paid off on his files. I got a call from Transworld saying I owe $200 from the original $100 that I paid off. Stupid people as clerks and shouldn't work there.

I'm a little Bit divide BUT FOR SURE, TOTALLY AND DISILLUSIONED. It was One Of Those Particular Day's, WHEN EVERYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG, WENT WRONG AND I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY.>>>>WHY ME I WAS THINKING??????? But A Very Enlightening EXPERIENCE...So Three STARS>>>>and That's IT>>>IT>>>
