Don't get me wrong the food is great. However, the folks that leave reviews celebrating the service have to be confused. The first time I visited the cashier double charged me and I had to convince them that it was abnormal for a single sub to cost $20. In another visit with  one other customer present I went to place an order. While I waited a minute or two for the deli folks to finish their conversation with each other was greeted and placed my order. While the original order taker started to prepare my food he then passed it off to another employee to finish who seemed confused as to why while this happened. While the second employee was trying to figure out what to do a third employee greated another customer who ordered ALL of a particular item the shop had. This was also the item I was waiting to be prepared. That customer got what they wanted but I was shafted. They let me know I could have a meatball sub instead. I left. Likely won't return until I forget about this visit. Hopefully I don't stumble upon my review before trying it again so I won't be reminded about this aggravating experience.

I grew up with this place. I Love the quality of the pastries! They are truely delicious. They Have hand Made Italian cookies, cakes, small desserts. There is also a counter for food such as subs, calzones, pizzas, etc. And they have food ready to-go, quick and easy!

Delicious, one of the best bakery in New England hands down....if u are dieting or don't like sweet sweet confectionery crack don't come here! The ricotta pie is to die for!

The food here is delicious. Usually a long line and a short wait for take out but that's because the food is delicious. Call in your take out order ahead if possible.

Place is very friendly but when ordering a sub with everything on it.. that includes lettuce and tomatoes...they withhold those two important topping which is the foundation one any sub across this country... When ordering a chicken salad sub that should automatically be on it . Unless you say hold dot dot dot... But food is great ..Forget about it!! 😀
