Like so many, I have had previous negative experiences when sitting in the dentist's chair. Dr. Mai's office was highly recommended by a family member, so I decided to go. I have not been disappointed. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. Dr. Mai is professional and very understanding of all those "dentist fears" people can have. She takes the time to listen and that is a very critical skill in any doctor. I know it sounds strange to give a 5 star rating of "Loved It" to a dentist, but considering my previous experiences with other dentists, Dr. Mai deserves the 5 stars.

This is the best Dentistry I have been to. The staff here at Ladera Dentistry are all very friendly and nice. I am greeted with warm salutations and smiles as I arrive or depart the office. Dr. Mai has been very informative of what is happening with my gums and teeth. Also, she is very detailed with the procedures before performing. I feel very safe in Dr. Mai's care. It is hard to find a good dentist that you feel safe with and I glad I have found one with Dr. Mai. I recommend coming to Ladera Dentistry if you are trying to find great service and results for your dental care. I promise it will be worth the time to come in. They make sure your time there is spent wisely.

Very welcoming and clean office. Staff were very friendly. They made sure I understood everything, especially when it came to my bill, and that all my questions were answered.

I love Ladera Dentistry, they are friendly, welcoming, punctual (no waiting for 45 mins). Dr Mai is awesome, she set the tone, because all of the staff are great! All my family goes there now. They do a great job and don't push you to buy extra stuff. Love them!

Dr Mai Ly and her staff at Ladera Dentistry are top notch. She's super friendly and so incredibly attentive. I went to her based on the advice of a close friend. Couldn't be more happier with results. During the whole procedure, she made sure I was comfortable and worked with extreme precision. Everyone is so personable there. I definitely would recommend her to anyone and am having my entire family go to her. You won't be disappointed.
