Ordered some expensive flowers for valentine's day. Flowers were nice but delivery was something else. I called at noon because my wife had not received the flowers yet, they were still in the store for delivery. I called to check on the status again at 2:00 and the flowers were still there. Needless to say I went and picked them up and delivered them myself. Not sure if I will give them another chance or not.

Just called from out of town to order flowers for delivery for a birthday. I had a wonderful interaction with Rose. As a retired florist, I can pick up quick on how the transaction is going to play out. I am very confident that this is going to be my go-to florist in the Nixa area. Thanks for the great service and I'm looking forward to hearing how much she enjoys her bouquet. :)

What a refreshing transaction with this company today... it was as if I stepped back in time. THEY REALLY CARE. The contact from order to delivery was a matter of 3 hours, or less. The flowers were beautiful. They do business like it is supposed to be done! I may have to call and order flowers for myself, just so I can have the experience again.

Got there at the last minute the Saturday before V-Day. The ladies let a friend & me in to order flowers. They were extremely patient & helpful even though it was the end of the day on a beautiful February afternoon. (72 & sunny on Feb. 11th) They took the time to prepare my arrangement for my wife so I could take it with me. Fabulous service & very gracious attitudes. Best shop I've been to since I moved here 20 years ago from St. Louis. Even though they are 13 miles from my home, I'll go back every time I need flowers. Thank you
