Laid back, and conveniently small. Check in is standard as with most airports, the TSA bag check as well but wasn’t manned consistently. I hung around until staff arrived as I just don’t trust bags with nothing more than a roped off area preventing someone from tampering with them. Free WiFi was strong, the cafe and gift shop are cute - and nice that you can access the food shops past security as well! The security checkpoint processes efficiently and to the same standard as elsewhere, even tries for some TSA Precheck convenience. My only beef is the sidewalk to the rental car lots have raised landscape lighting AND large posts on it, so you can barely get your bag through it!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE by the United representatives! Grumpy and nasty attitudes and extremely unempathetic in a bad situation. AVOID this airport and that staff at any cost! I would have rather driven to Baton Rouge!

Convenient small airport. Beats driving and flying out of NOLA. Decent bar and Cafe while you wait

Slow, grumpy staff. No coffee available until well after 5. One TV on at the gate blaring evangelicalism.
