I planned a one night camping trip at the Ridgeview campground. A few reasons why I chose this campground was because #1: there are medical facilities that are extremely close by, #2: electric and water hookups, and #3: It's right on the beautiful lake.  

I am traveling with my elderly father and I wanted to go somewhere secluded, yet if something were to go medically wrong, help would be close by.  Due to the cooler night temps, and traveling with elderly, the electric hookups were just what we needed to keep my Pop toasty warm at night in the RV, and my father being a nature lover absolutely enjoyed his stay with the lake being right outside our camper and having the view of the lake outside our windows.

The campgrounds are clean, we'll tended to, the campground hosts are great and very sweet, and the campground was quiet during our Monday night stay.  

My father enjoyed himself so much that we are taking another 200 mile drive to stay again for the second time this month.

Very pretty lake. Not for people who are looking for a quiet relaxing place. Lots of noise from people with boats at 4am. You could hear traffic from the highway very clearly. You might not notice this if you have a trailer, but not tent campers like me.

Stayed at the snowbank group site. Good amount of space for 40 people. Pit toilets, picnic tables, charcoal grill stations, and water at the site. The site also has a great beach that is very shallow and nice for kids to play in

A large beautiful lake in the mountains. A quaint  little town with a family atmosphere. The lake is beautiful and full of large fish. Lots of camping areas and very reasonably priced. . A great place to stay or a daily visit
