Haven't heard from the VA in over a year; no follow-up on previous issues, no  regular PE scheduled. It's not getting better in AZ!

The phone response to set appointments is absolutely terrible.  Actually they never answer their phone.  Good luck talking with someone.  You're better off going there in person... but it'll still take several weeks to get in.

Useless, can't see you on an emergency basis (not 911 emergency).  Do not do much medically, just referral system.  Have to go to Prescott 4 hours away for real treatment.
