The park is hard to get into hills and holes everywhere. Definitely not a place to call home. The laundry room that a previous review talked about is still not open. The falling down in shambles mobile homes and mountains of rubble from mobile homes they have torn down are a joke to look at. Owners are rarely onsite, but if rent is due the owners will be knocking on your door to collect that. Gave 2 stars because of the area..close enough to town for convienance but far enough away to be a quiet location.

We were only in the r.v. park for three months . The owners carl and Liz do not keep their word on anything. We paid the first months rent the day we moved our r.v. to lot 20 and Liz told me that day that the shower / laundry room would be up and running that week ( 3 months later , nothing has been done to it ) also , the lawn maintenance was to b included in rent ... I have had to pay someone $80 three separate times to cut my yard because the owners always have an excuse as to why they can not cut it . Also this is the first place I have ever rented that I had to pay taxes on rent ( 275 quickly turned into 303.75 ) ... so I think it is safe to say the owners will take your money leaving you with empty promises . Mrs. Liz is very hateful and ugly . I knew the day we came and looked at the lot that the owners were acting overly nice ... I see why now . I would not recommend my dog to live in this r.v. park .

We have lived here a year and a half and as of this date they have not repaired anything that we have in writing. I called the office number and it has been disconnected. I am amazed people act this way.

We just moved here and I am very happy with the new owners of this park. They are very friendly, and work hard every day to maintain the park. Clean, very quiet, and well kept up lots. We plan to stay here for 2 years for my husbands job. There was no deposit charged and I was given a great rate including water and electricity. The rates are reasonable and I am glad to be here. I will update this in 6 months.
