Lots of traffic noise, frozen laundry and bathroom facilities both closed, attaching to cable requires running the cord thru a window in order to attach it to a supplied cable box. WiFi very spotty and unsecured . Very overpriced!

The gentleman who runs the park was very, very nice, but he is the best part of the park.   It looks like a work in progress.  Dirt and gravel roads.  Old construction equipment parked in the trees.  Old mobile homes that are waiting to be hauled off.  We will wait until the work is finished before we return.

This RV park is easily assessible off SR 280 W.  I think $40 a night with your Good Sam discount is a little pricey considering there is absolutely no amenities.  No bathrooms at all.  Asked about cable and he talked about hooking up the box directly to the TV and said a lot of motorhomes can't access the backs if their TV's.  Not very well maintained.      Would not stay there again.

The word "skanky" came to mind. Not clean at all. I wouldn't even use the rickety picnic table, as it was filthy, also. Our motorhome got infested with ants here. It smelled bad & it looked bad.
