We are visiting from colorado and left our senior dogs medication at home (please don't stone me!!! I was deveatated I forgot it). I thought my Lucy would be ok, but she woke up in a lot of pain. I called the vet and told them the situation and 15 minutes later, I came and picked up their medication! They gave me no hassle, just compassion. Thanks for helping us to have a great weekend

I have five animals I take there. Compassionate, great bedside manor, and gentle calming manner for the furbaby, and their human. Lol. Glad I found them. 👏 Good job

Dr. Tom and his vet tech show so much compassion towards your pet, as if it were their own. They make the diagnosis easy to understand and are very welcoming. Would not go anywhere else.

I have ALWAYS received excellent care from Lake Hills Veterinary Clinic. I feel as though, Dr. Tom cares for all his patients as if they were his own pets. He and his staff remember my pet and I between every visit and makes the visit very welcoming and understandable. Whereas, if a pet is a "problem child" so to speak, and one goes to a veterinary hospital, if diagnosis is made and explained, it is not very understandable for the average person who knows nothing about anything medical (not from any of my experiences anyhow). Dr. Tom is always very thorough in his explinations and is very comforting, honest and assuring with my pet's health. I will never take my pet to any other Veterinary facility.
