The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I was greeted with a smile (very important in my opinion).  When it came to my insurance coverages, Ivette, politely explained the coverages and even recommended some possible options to fit my immediate needs. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Good experience.

I have been a patient at the Marietta office for 3 years and go to the office at least twice a year. This location has completely changed to the absolutely worst experience in care and patient service. I have made multiple attempts to get scheduled for a basic cleaning in 2018. The staff keeps insisting that my insurance has expired and I am not covered. This has not been the case and has been frustrating! The staff have been dismissive and disrespectful to me for three months as I have attempted to get scheduled for a cleaning. . I was scheduled for a cleaning again today. I never received a confirmation call so I called the office to make sure they had my insurance information correct. They confirmed that they had my insurance information and my visit would be $70!  I called my insurance provider and they told me that my cleaning should be completely covered and no charge to me. I am searching for a new dentist and do not recommend this office. It is quite obvious that the overall environment at this location is not conducive to a positive experience.

On 11/27/17 I had a great experience at Lake Pointe Dental! Great staff and loved Dr. Nael Harfoush, DDS. Will be a regular patient going forward. Thanks to everyone there. Katherine Richie.

Do not come to this dentist office please. The dentist looks like a kid. Works on other patients while he sees about you. He doesn't believe in helping your teeth or rehabilitating them. All he believes in is pulling all of your teeth out. Even the one you are not having any problems with. My dad's boss came here and ended up having to go else where because he messed up his moth so bad he had to have surgery that left a scar on his face. Do not go there. Yes they sound friendly but the dentist has no clue what he is doing...
