TERRIBLE customer service I am currently in search for a new doc because the staff here is literally awful. They almost gave me someone else's test results over the phone (didn't even ask who was on the phone to verify it was the correct person), said they may or may not have sent the wrong birth control to the pharmacy but weren't sure??????????????  Also, I have never felt more judged when I told the extremely rude women on the phone I didn't trust them and didn't want to take it anymore. And when my Rx wasn't even at the pharmacy I called and their response was being irritated with me for calling about. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Doc was nice and got the job done, but office has horrible customer service for someone who isn’t using insurance at the time. Everything was confusing because insurance codes rule their lives. I felt like an idiot when requesting blood work.

Front Desk staff is HORRIBLE! Especially BETH! Makes you want to find better patient care, although the doctors are great! Please speak to someone else if Beth answers.

Love this office the staff has always been wonderful and nothing but nice and professional. I have never had to wait long to be seen and would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Nelson is great! He assisted my VBAC with my son and had a great bedside manner as well as being helpful with any and all my questions. He’s very upfront but caring at the same time. Would recommend to anyone
