We called Lake Ridge Nursery to get an estimate on some flagstone walls around our mulch beds in the front of the house, and Donny was able to come out to take a look the same day - actually, within the hour of me calling. We got an email with a detailed estimate by the following day and we decided to go ahead with the work. This was during the 3 week rain period, but somehow Donny and his team managed to get two days worth of work done in between the storms. The finished product was beautiful. So much so that we asked for an estimate to continue the flagstone wall around the side of the house, as well as get some hydrangea bushes planted. Again, Donny and his team got the work done through the rain. Our yard looks exquisite and I can't speak highly enough of Donny and his team's work ethic and professionalism. We will certainly be calling these guys back for future work.

The staff are so rude!!! I will never go back here! One of the staff members was cursing and the co-worker was laughing at her.

Too busy for good customer service. Good for you maybe but not for me. Going elsewhere...after 11 years.

My boyfriend and I went here on the recommendation of a family member but were woefully disappointed. Despite taking a wonderful tree home, the customer service was awful. We spent over $200 in purchases here (tree plus gifts) only to find out that they don't do returns. They have two small signs up that designate this- on ONE register and behind the counter. But, if you check out from the side register you can't see any signage. After I pointed this out- they got snarky with me. They said it was printed at the bottom of my receipt. To which, I calmly pointed out that wouldn't have helped me before I made purchases. They then kept telling me no exceptions and that I should just keep looking around. I will be sure to never recommend them.
