Dr. Diane Conness and Dr. Richard Jablonski, as well as their team of technicians, front desk personnel and opticians, are committed to their patients and work hard to provide them with the best optometric care possible.

Story

Dr. Conness and Dr. Jablonski have been practicing optometry for over 20 years. They first opened their practice in 1989, and as their practice grew, they relocated to their current office at Dillingham Square.

Their hard work and care have created many long-term patients who have been trusting the doctors with their family's eye care needs for many years.
As time passes, there are always advancements in technology that allow doctors to better diagnose and treat diseases, give more accurate prescriptions, etc. Dr. Conness and Dr. Jablonski believe firmly in investing in the latest, most advanced technology so they may better care for all of their patients.

Almost every time I have been in there, the front desk have been difficult.  Mostly not conducting themselves in a professional way.   This last visit was horrendous.  They told me how much it would be, then when we were all done it was over double the amount.   They did make up the difference when I reminded them that they had quoted me a different price.  Then we started getting $30 due notices.   I called to find out why I got a $30 due, and they said my bill was paid in full.   When I went into getting the contacts the same day, they said there was $30 co-pay due (There was never a co-pay in the previous visits).  Today when I was in there to pay the $30 co-pay, the receptionist stopped me in mid sentence to tell me the receipt was done (in other words, get out).   The Dr's have been fine, but the front desk is a real problem.  The front desk should be a welcoming place, but it isn't there.

Dr. Jablonski took plenty of time with me during my visit! He stayed until I asked all of my questions and was very thorough as I was a new patient. He discussed my prescription and test results at length until he felt I was comfortable. My husband made an appointment and is going to go to him as well. He is definitely our new regular Optometrist!

I had the best customer care at Lake Ridge Vision Source, Catheryn was very helpful, kind and generous during my visit! Doctor Pierce was just as pleasant. I have recommended family and friends to this practice! The best vision care I’ve ever received!

Once again, I had a wonderful visit with the LakeRidge Vision Source group. Based on last minute availability, I was able to set up my Doctor's appointment on an early Saturday morning. The staff greeted me when I arrived and we completed all the pre-appt checks. Dr. Conness reviewed   changes in my medical history and we proceeded with a dilation. After more intense checks, she completed the exam. I left there with a good feeling about my annual exam. Thank you to Dr. Conness and her staff.

I had originally given this practice a three star due to an incident that happened, however it has been taken care of by Dr. Jablonski. We have been coming here for five years and in all five years we’ve only experienced one incident. 

The doctors and staff are friendly, patience and respectful. My daughter and I are currently patients here. 

I highly recommend LakeRidge Vision Source!
