Management is awful. The lady who runs the park is out for money. We had to pay a triple deposit to move in on top of what we paid for our home. She wrote down that we paid $700. She is shady and likes to harass certain people. We have had a fallen tree in our yard for over a month and she still hasn't gotten anyone out here to clean it up. Because of said tree we are going to have to get a new shed. If you have children I would suggest you find another place to live. There is absolutely nothing to do here. Management has said for two year that they were going to build a park for them but they have not. But they can raise our rent and fine people if they have a weed growing or the grass is a little high.
