I'm writing this review on behalf of my father.

He had an appt scheduled to view a house, and after about 10 minutes with a no show from the agent, we called the remax # listed on the for sale sign in the front lawn of the house.  The gentleman on the phone tried to get ahold of the agent, but she did not pick up her phone.  So, he set another appointment for her hoping it would push a notification to her.  

After about 30 minutes past his appointment time, we call the # on the sign and ask for another agent since ours clearly had no intention on showing.  They told us there wasn't anyone available, and gave us the agents number.  A few attempts to call, and 40 minutes past my fathers appointment time the agent finally calls back.  Apparently the house sold. 

I understand these things happen and my dad doesn't have a cell phone, but a reasonable person would have found a way to notify their potential new client.  If you aren't able to reach the client, you should bare minimum notify your office and keep your phone on in the off chance they reach out to you.  Both of which we attempted.
