My trainers are Mandie/Vickie. I went once last year and now recently have been going every week. I really enjoy the people there and the positive atmosphere. My trainers are intelligent, helpful and motivated. I commute from Puyallup. They might be a little booked out, but it’s worth the wait. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nick treated me after my leg was injured during a long bike ride. He taught me various exercises that I can do at home and improve gradually. And he is flexible and listens to my concerns and adjust his plan accordingly. Bright and pleasant environment. I can recommend the place to any friend.

The care here was fine. However -- when I checked in the first time I asked specifically what the cost to me would be and listened in while the front desk called my insurance company. I was quoted an amount that I agreed to. Months later I got a bill.... when I disputed it I was faced with their 'financial policy'. I did sign it... because at the time I had no way of knowing I was being deliberately mislead. Lesson here is -- if you have to go here take a video of what they tell you!!!

I love my experience at this clinic, it is a great environment. The therapists are compassionate and go out of their way to give you a good experience. I have worked with all of them over the years. The front office staff does a great job too of making sure you feel welcomed as well as. I would highly recommend this clinic!

I’ve worked with Megan, Caitlin and Natalie. They’re all awesome as is the front office staff. They understand the body, listen with empathy and truly care about your recovery. They have convenient hours before and after work and on Saturdays. Highly recommend!
