From scheduling to installation it was a professional job.
Had a scheduling glitch, but was easily taken care of.  Installation was thorough, professional, and without incident, which tops my experience with other plumbing people by a long shot!
The product so far is all I was led to believe it was - great performance!
Very happy to have made this choice after a somewhat disappointing experience with a different softener.  Well worth the money.

My family and I just had a water treatment system installed by Dave.  Not only is his product top of the line, so is Dave's customer service.  He was timely and very competent.  He is certainly a fine example of the quality service one would expect from such a professional and well-known company.  I highly recommend Dave and AWC for any water treatment product and services.

I was pleased with the people I worked with.  There were a few things that were not explained to me properly but overall I am satisfied with how it was resolved.  I got the new Kinetico system installed and it seems to be performing the way I had hoped.  My water was orange and now it is clear.  Not sure if I am going to continue drinking soft water but I will give it a few weeks.  Hard water just tastes better:)

I have been a customer for over two years with Aquarius Water Conditioning and have had Todd servicing my equipment for all that time. He has been very polite, efficient, and clean in his servicing! I certainly recommend Aquarius, they do go the extra mile to please and solve any issue that might arise!   I am very pleased, and feel safe and secure with my service pro Todd and can not say enough about how happy I am!

Great experience, starting with Tim Hall, the salesperson. No hard selling just very informative. Then Andy, great job on a tough install of water softener in a tight space & water conditioner. Also had Dave come out, he was wonderful, and we requested his service for our second home as well. Thanks,so much.
