Had several companies all bad! SCR is hands down the best.the guy who comes to my house on hwy18 is the nicest and honest person I have working on my furnace . Only company I will ever call. Thanks!!

Can't say enough about the service we got, we were a small job, installing 2 new mini-split systems at our cabins in Nisswa.

The crew that showed up and did the work was friendly and spent the time and the energy making sure everything was working properly and even took our suggestions into account, without being know-it-alls.

One of the compressors was bad, but the one Technician, Dalton, spent 2 hours on the phone with the Tech Support for the compressor manufacturer to find out is was bad.  Then when the new compressor came in, they seemed to drop everything else to come out and install the new compressor.

I would definitely use them again, contact Brian and request Dalton to do the work, great people that do what they say they are going to do, and are truly concerned about the finished product.  Hallelujah, every once in a while you find people that care and are great to work with.

Thank You guys for making it work and putting the extra effort in to make us feel like we were important clients, even though we were a small job.

I have been with SCR for six years and have run into a few problems. I had a new AC unit installed in 2012. It has worked for 1.5 summers and developed and ice dam. They came out and found that the Freon was low due to a loose cap from installation (gave me free Freon since it was installation error). But cont not working. Had another check up 5 months later since it didn’t work all summer and compressor was bad. Told me it would be $900 to fix it since it was under warranty (1600 if it wasn’t). I also had a dryer hooked up this year but after instillation had a gas leak at the valve.  They said that had been meaning to replace it but forgot. Bought a new furnace this year and initially didn’t pass inspection due to condensate drain not being up to code. AC unit still doesn’t work. Tried working with them since I have over $4000 dollars invested in them this year (2015) (came down from 900 to 400) I said I would pay 250 and the 2 checkups during the summer (total $260) could be prorated in for a total of $510. They said no. To make matters worse the billing lady was horribly rude and interrupted me when I said I wasn’t going to pay the original $900. Would agree with other review that Brian is awesome. Only reason I stuck around so long.

We recently used SCR for our natural gas conversion at our home. They showed up on time, converted our furnace and appliances to natural gas, and cleaned up after themselves. We had SCR install a new furnace and central air 2 years ago. We trust and would highly recommend SCR for heating, cooling, or plumbing work at your home or business.

SCR is the only place that I go or refer to when it comes to my Heating/AC needs. Brian has our house set up so well, we could not be happier.
