They literally hang up on you. I have called them 6 times in the past 3 days and every time I am put on hold for over 20 minutes only for someone to literally hang up without saying a word (I can hear the receiver being picked up and put down). Once I was able to talk to someone and they said that maintenance would call back for an appointment. They never did call. I called back to find out and after 30 minute wait they just hung up on me.  My appliance (dryer) is on the warranty through Samsung and now I have to call Samsung and complain. Do not, under any circumstances, deal with them, it is a fraudulent trap.

Horrible company avoid at all costs came to my house to repair tv and walked out the door as the issue was still happening and the tech said they would not come back if the issue came back and Samsung would not open another ticket even though Samsung did and assigned someone else to come repair it. And don't bother asking for a manager as he agreed that the tech did the right thing. On a good side this is a great company to work for if you want to be able to do literally anything and have no accountability

Called Samsung for a service on my Dishwasher. Samsung gave me a ticket and told me Lakes Electronics would call in 48 hours. They never did so I called them several times leaving several messages. They never called back. Finally I got to speak with Frank. He sent me a technician 2 days later. The technician spent 5 minutes checking the dishwasher, said someone had "touched" it and left for good without any diagnosis.

Would give no stars if allowed.  A terrible company.  They don't show up when scheduled and the woman who answers the phone is rude.  No reason to give the long details; just avoid the aggravation and avoid lakes Electronics.  Samsung will tell you that they are the only authorized dealer/repair, but if you are out of warranty you can use any repair service.  Find someone who wants and appreciates your service.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had an issue with my Samsung TV and the technician Sean came and replaced/fixed my TV within 30 minutes he was in and out, very nice guy. I had to wait about 2 weeks for him but it wasnt the companies fault (hurricane Irma decided to pay Florida a visit). Reading other reviews I was super nervous but nothing negative I read happened to me. I guess I was lucky as im sure each case is different. Thanks again!
