Although apartments are decently maintained, and affordable. The actual management staff is awful and rude.

Mistreating people's stuff, and yelling at people for talking in hall while people the floors above were fighting and riding bikes down the hall. If you come here, you're better off avoiding management and handling you're in issues.

I am So shocked to read all the bad reviews here. I’ve been here for 3 years and i love It. The only downfall here is that maintenance sucks.They take forever to come out, sometimes weeks and they half way do their job.  However, i have Never had a problem with roaches or bed bugs. I havent Seen one bug, roach, or ant in my apartment since I’ve been here. My neighbors are nice , my building is quiet and the ladies at the front office have been nothing but kind to me. The only reason i would Move is because it’s too small but other than that I’d stay here forever.

I lived there two years!! The renting black lady is super nasty, rude, and a lie. I got robbed coming in from work one night and some tried to break in my apartment. A lot of my neighbors got their apartment doors kicked in. The office doesn’t fix anything and the apartments are roach infested. The apartments my raggedy and need to be remodeled. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!! YOUR LIFE WILL BE HELL!!

These apartments Is falling apart. These apartments have roches. Buildings getting caught on fire. Also alot of people windows getting busted out. 
The maintenance people don't fix nothing.The workers in the front office to damn quick to put people out. I'm so glad I moved from these raggedy ass apartments.If I was y'all I wouldn't move into these apartments💯💯
