Lakeshore Mall is more like a small town mall. It serves its purpose. It offers department stores, bookstores, food court, jewelry stores, specialty stores, nail services, shoe stores, and it offers a family friendly environment. The only thing I am not very impressed about is their food court, which I believe that it could be much better. I find it to be very convenient and good for my needs. The bookstore coffee shop is a plus on your visit. Make sure to stop by. 😊

I shopped in Belk. I was looking for a baby gift. The department was sloppy. Clothes were all over the floor, and no one was walking around picking them up. Workers were standing around the cash register. It bothered me that no one was making any attempt to keep these nice clothes off the floor. There is no excuse! Workers should walk the floor and keep their department neat and tidy. These are nice, brand new clothes. What a shame to see the lack of care in this store. It has gone down.

It is a good mall and it has good stores and restaurants. I like to go to books a million and buy books. I get a lot of books from books a million. Books a million has a restaurant and they give you free water and you can buy food. I like the store that sells cookies. All of the stores and restaurants are very good.

Books A Million had books that I had requested for a hold. Don’t see enough security guards in parking lot in comparison to other malls. Penney has good pricing. Only places that visited.

This mall is not quite what it used to be... but that's the case for most malls nowadays. It went through a rough patch for around a decade but is slowly working itself back into a quality shopping center. The Sears is in a sad state: low stock, mostly uncaring employees, and on its last leg. The Books-A-Million is wonderful with helpful staff and great prices. Belk, JC Penney, Bath and Body, and Dick's are great, as well, along with the many smaller shops. There is a trampoline area that charges by the half-hour where kids can have a blast while parents shop. Lakeshore is working on itself, but no mall (outside of major state malls) will ever be.
