Story

Lakeside Bistro currently is open as a wine bar, (& microbrews),& tapas style plates, soon to add lunch and weekend brunch to our offerings. We are located on the lake in the Tualatin Commons & have outdoor seating on the lake when the weather permits. Randy Decker, our chef, truly is amazing.

Amazing food/menu and wine selection. The Owners are very friendly and wonderful conversationalists, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is extremely comfortable. We hold work/private events there and they really care and work hard to create a fun and relaxing experience. Love this place!!!

This was the worst experience we have ever had. My husband and I have limited mobility, since Paul has ALS and I have RA, we came up to the restaurant and parked our mobility scooters out of the way then sat down and waited for the owner to finish his drink or what ever he was doing, it took 10 minutes at least and he was at the table next to us. Not a hello or any civil greeting what so ever, except to says that we couldnt park our scooters near his place and we needed to leave that this was not a place for people like us with scooters and we needed to move on and find another restaurant! At first I thought he was kidding but we were so stunned it took a few seconds to register. Paul went back as i left and asked why the belligerent attitude and he told my Paul to just move on to some other restaurant where we would be welcome, again stating that we were not suited for his place and to leave now. It was absolutely unbelievable and inexcusable! I would never spend another dime at this place and I hope he realizes what goes around comes around! Please save yourself the grief and don't patronize his restaurant!!!

Didnt even get a chance to try the place after what seemed to be the owner rudely telling my family to leave their table. I understand if you dont order food from a restaurant that they dont want you to sit at their tables, but customer service should never stop because somebody decides to get food from the open restaurant. To summarize this review, the Lakeside Bistro will never get my business in the future solely due to the absolutely terrible customer service that was displayed.

I walked in wanting to get something to eat during the Friday Market. As soon as I walked in... I was kicked out. Because I wasn't 21. And all I asked that I wanted to eat. Funny thing to mention... They had a sign by their door that said minors permitted. I was 20 years of age.
