I really enjoy the employees at this store. I know quite a lot of them by name, and they've always been so friendly and accommodating. I've made a number of orders with the floral department, and Maria (the floral manager) has always been a gem to work with. I love the creations she comes up with, and the flowers are always top quality. I trust her on many levels, especially when it comes to flower substitutions (because I'm not a flower expert). Maria, Nancie, Al, Deborah, Justin - they're all great, and I'll continue to shop and order my flowers through New Seasons.

This was my first visit to this store.  I liked the layout and I liked the merchandise.  They had stuff I was looking for.  Since I was new to the store I asked for help from four different employees.  Everyone was very helpful and friendly.  I shopped some items that were in their ad which gave me very good value.  I plan to visit the store again.

I'm rather particular about the food I eat and I appreciate New Seasons for carrying a fair bit of the food I like. However, in general I think this store is lacking in many important aspects.  Selection of most whole foods are very limited, customer service is not guaranteed, and prices are hit or miss for the quality. For comparison I recommend hitting up Central Market if you are in the Seattle Metro.

Friendly staff, decently sized store that's easy to navigate, and good quality products. Some of the items can be pricey, but I found many of their prices to be pretty competitive.

Burrito Bar is a great lunch option. Always has good soups and nice/helpful workers.
