This is a terrible school. There are great teachers here, but the principal is a bully. She has no idea how to diffuse a situation or how to speak to parents. She can’t give you answers to simple questions, she claims it is not her job to fix your child. She calls the police every time a parent says anything negative to her. She chases parents into the hallway screaming at them. She claims that is she doesn’t like a child’s parent she has every right to force the child to transfer schools, regardless is the child has never had any disciplinary issues. Many great teacher, but the principal ruins that school. It needs to leadership.

This is a whole in a wall school located in the forgotten side of us. rt 60 in Hurricane, WV.  I have heard too many times about the amount of low income students that go here, but this is not an excuse for the school, teachers and parents not being involved in improvements and community awareness that we are a low income school with great teachers who truly care for the students.  Wish we had some members of the Board of Education who cared for the delapadated look and feel of our school.
