Very unorganized, while waiting for my apt multiple people came in with issues and heard all the drama going on behind the desk. I called ahead to see if what i needed help with could be accolmpished there. Not only were they unwilling to help me I was then spoken to like a child and sent away. Will not return.

Dr. V is fantastic, great guy with a great sense of humor. The office staff isn't so fantastic. The wait to be seen is long, like don't bother showing up early to your appnt. The ladies that answer the phone show quite a bit of attitude.

Been A patient fro almost 40 years, I've never had A bad experience with any nurse or Doctor and the office personnel are the best, You won't find better.

They only have 20 min time slots... So if you need to see them about a few different things, good luck. I was told only one issue per patient per time per day... I can't afford to pay 3-4 copay's over a week of visits... Said there was nothing they could do. That's fine, I'll go back to my old doctor.

don't call sick on a Friday. i told the person on the phone i could get there by 4 pm and was told that was too late. they were all chomping at the bit to get out of the office early. what does that say about the medical profession and in particular this one. i need to call blue cross and blue shield and see what they say. now i have to go to one of the 'clinics' that costs me 30 or 40 more dollars. thanks Lakeside Medical.
