Made appointments to see her but she kept blowing me off and I had to see her med assistant. All they would do is tell me to go to various places for tests over and over. No real care. No compassion. She constantly pawns you off to someone else like it's their problem, not hers when she is an Internal Medicine doc!! You're better off going somewhere else to get a personal, real one on one time. After complaining, I got fired as a patient because she felt it was an "unhealthy relationship" Ummm when you ignore me and ship me off to other places, there is not a relationship! ***Additional info based on the owner response: I was fired as a patient(I still have the letter to prove it) and I have NEVER had a seizure in my life. Whoever you’re talking about isn’t me. So you’re clearly lying to make yourself look better, or you just don’t know what you’re talking about. I met the doctor once. Every follow up appointment I made, she never showed, she had me see her medical assistant....that was the title I was given when she introduced me to her on my first visit. I’m not going to argue over titles. I made appointments to see the doctor and was pawned off onto someone who was not a doctor. The so called “care” I got was lacking any actual care. Clearly all the follow ups were just to bill my insurance to make money and not actually treat me.

Dr. Lorinda K. Torres spends extended time with her patients. She has a nurse practitioner which also sees her patients, but when this is the case it is always under Dr. Torres' supervision. Dr. Torres is knowledgeable, warm, and compassionate. I have always got personal attention from Dr. Torres. I saw her N.P. on one occasion, and she was wonderful as well.

I haven't had a physical in awhile and needed a routine doctor. I called and felt it was odd that they said over the phone "uhh you will see an NP not the doctor and if you take a controlled pain medication we don't refill those types of medication and be referred to a pain management and if you have anxiety you will need to go to a psychiatrist" . Thanks, but I thats not why I wanted to be seen in the first place anyways......

Dr. Torres is a very skilled and knowledgeable provider. She saved my life!

Dr. Torres has been my physician for greater than 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and care for patients.
