Great homemade root beer! This is a really fun local 50's style place. You can drive up and the waitresses are on roller skates. They bring your food on a tray that hangs on your window. There is very limited seating inside the building but it is a 50's style soda shop. The classic car nights are great fun!

Best root beer I've ever had, anywhere in the country. Varied menu, fast service. Lakeview has kept the old drive inn spirit alive, no "commercial fast food" feeling. When you visit, you're family!!!!

I have never been treated so horrible at an establishment until I came here. I used to recommend this place to everyone and now I will be telling them to never come here. The server was not attentive, she never brought out our drinks when we asked for them until our food came, which we wanted our drinks first. She brought out our food and I had ordered an "appetizer" of fries but ended up getting a tiny side of burnt fries, I asked the server if I could have some more fries since I paid an extra 3 dollars for them and she said that's "what I get" I asked to speak to the manager and he came out and I had asked him if I could get more fries for our appetizer since we paid extra and he rudely told us "that's the size you get" and walked away. My sister then ordered a root beer float to go and while eating it she said it tasted weird when she opened up the cover, the ice cream had green dots all over it. At this point we seen no point in asking to talk to the server since it took her over 10 mins to give us our change. And the manager was so incredibly rude, we will not be returning.

Neat little setup! Like an old drive in! Good food and friendly people! I recommend the shakes!
