I am a former employee, The residents are always great.  Management Company needs to do a better job.  From management to employee retention.  The care is sub-standard at best, always short-staffed which I believe affects the care of the residents. You have so many choices for the care of your love ones, be careful and read between the lines.  A company with so much turn over says a lot!

Read the negative reviews and that has not been our experience. Staff has treated our loved one very well, I have always been able to find management if needed and we could not be more pleased with the facility.

Incredible new management team that is compassionate and focused on giving residents the highest quality care. This is definitely a place families should look at in Boulder City.

Great community, staff, food, super clean apt, amazing views, tons of activities, nice residents, and much much more.

Needs better staff, office personnel  is very clandestine, they'll  just shove ya out is they can make more money on a room. Needs a good cleaning, rooms are not cleaned properly.  Understaffed,  staff is under constant change they don't seem st be able to keep employees. Look between the lines.
