Bobbi was all nice, prorated my 5x10 unit for the small remainder of the month of October. I explained that I wouldn't need the unit for very long, maybe through November at the very most. Bobbi talked me into paying for the month of November in advance, plus the "$10 non-refundable admin fee" as well. I told her I only needed it for a short amount of time again. She told me as long as I left the unit clean and gave her notice, that 30 days wasn't necessary, I'd be fine. Well, today November 14th, I called to let her know that I no longer needed the unit, 16 and could she just mail me the remain days before the end of the month. I asked if I needed to come pick up the prorated amount for November or if she mailed ot to me. To my surprise, her attitude completely changed. Bobbi informed me that I "wasn't getting anything back", that they "didn't do that". And she was hateful because I didn't give her 30 days notice - I think I did, when I rented it! I told her I may need it until the end if November AT THE MOST. So I guess when I told her that whole part about only needing it for a short amount of time when I rented it had no bearing whatsoever. It amazes me that people conduct business this way. Communication is a waste of time. I might as well had said nothing. And to keep the prorated amount for the remainder of November, which would be $30, is pretty shady, because you know she'll rent out in no time at all. It's my fault for being naive, and taking people at face value.

Super nice couple run this facility. Easy acces, secure gate with code for 24 hrs access.
