Lambert Transfer completed our first move in 25 years today and I'm very pleased. The crew was professional, personable, polite and flexible. They called to let us know they were in they were enroute, their expected arrival time and worked hard all day to load our stuff, drive the 15 miles to the new place, then unload and set up the furniture as requested. I don't know what they could have done to provide better service. We did most of the packing of boxes ourselves ahead of time, and they provided  all but the wardrobe boxes ahead of time at no extra charge. They made a difficult experience more pleasant than it might have been.

This is the first time I have used a moving company.  Their customer service is OUTSTANDING.  However, a company is made up of people, and the people assigned to our move made it a stress free process.  In my opinion, they went above and beyond what I expected.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

I wish we would have gotten Two Men and a Truck to move my mother instead of this company!!! They scratched and mark up my mother's bed furniture and also lost the glass that goes in her antique china cabinet!! This place really sucks again Two Men and a Truck would be so much better than this crappy company

Just got a call from them and my move is going to cost me $3,000 more than my estimate!  If you're that far off, why even give an estimate?  They would have been more accurate drawing numbers from a hat. 

 $3,000 off is not just a little off.  That's moving into the realm of lowballing to get an account.

Outstanding company! This was the first time I have used a moving company for my household items. They made the entire process from the estimate to final delivery stress and worry free for my wife and I. They treated our items as if they were there own. I would recommend Lambert Transfer and  Storage to anyone.
