It's only been one visit so I'm giving him a chance but as of now not very impressed. I told him of my anxiety and depression and said I believed medication and therapy would be the most beneficial. He agreed but said that he was too busy to offer any therapy and just prescribed medication. I felt like I was being rushed. I could have received that from my primary care doctor. What's the point of going to a psychiatrist if I can't even talk about my problems and get some help in the form of therapy. He told me to go find a therapist.  I thought that's what I did.

Our experience with Dr. Lampa and his office was professional, supportive and knowledgeable.  Dr. Lampa was patient and thorough with my Grandmother.  The office staff was accommodating and responsive immediately.     We just need to clone them x10!!!

I have been seeing Psychiatrist's since the age of 16 years old. I am now 36 years old, and I have to say that he is the most professional and genuinely compassionate about mental health and substance addiction Psychiatrist I ever had. And the staff is absolutely wonderful and polite. I would recommend him over any other Psychiatrist I have ever been a patient of.and believe me I have probably been a patient to just about every one in the San Joaquin county area.
