I've now seen Dr. Rahman at the Millsbridge Lodi Health clinic several times. While she doesn't waste time, Dr. Rahman takes long enough to get full details, explain her diagnosis and other tests she wants you to take, and discuss next steps.  She's what I would describe as a friendly but firm doctor.  Sometimes doctors have to push a bit to get patients to change their behavior, and she'll do it -- with a bit of graciousness.  I do regularly recommend her.
