Over charged me when they sent me a coupon for my bday cheap and a scam couldn’t even answer me when they over charged me. Had to complain to the bbb plus had a fungus on my toe nail never clean their tools or anything . Rude keep talking loudly and ignore their customers needs. Never going back there again!!

I always receive great service from this salon.  I am greeted when I arrive and the  employees are friendly. Yen and Tracy are experts with the powder nail application.
Connie (owner) keeps her salon clean and    Has many colors to choose.

This is the third time over several months that I've tried to get a pedicure there. The first two times I waited over 30 minutes. I figure everyone has a bad day so I tried to give them chance after chance. This third time, I also waited 35 minutes before giving up. I told the tech the water was too hot for the pedicure tub. She turned on cold water for about 4 seconds and then left it hot. Maybe they figure the wait is so long that it will be the right temp by the time they get there an hour later.  

ALWAYS ask how long the wait is before going in... better yet, don't bother going.

So, the first time I came in a little over a week ago, I signed me and my daughter in...me for a fill in a toe polish change and her for just a nail and toe polish. They did the fill in and finger polish, put us under the dryer and started on someone else. About 20 mins later I asked if they were going to do our toes (like we signed in for) and they told me it'd be a wait if we wanted to. We were already over a hour in at this point (my daughter is 3) and we're ready to go. So I left. I come in today, by myself, for just a full in (my toes still don't match) they tell me to sit at a station and I wait FOR OVER A HOUR before I finally just left. Ridiculous.

They are a busy salon because they are so good! I always make an appointment and never have any troubles getting in, even calling ahead and checking if there is a wait will help you miss the lines.
