I went in with long hair below the shoulders, was trying to grow out all the highlights and just go natural. Showed Kim pictures of several hair styles both short and shoulder length and I asked her to combine the front of the short and the back of the shoulder length. When I looked up I tried to calmly state it was looking a little short and she said it would stretch  when dried; no it doesn't stretch when dried it shrinks - it stretches when wet. So I ended up with hair just below my ears both front and and a little shorter in back... Very disappointed with the whole experience. 

I was looking for a local hair stylist since mine retired; obviously it will not be at Towne & Country of Maineville. It's been a week (today 6/1/17) and I have been waiting before posting my review as I walked out of there stunned and totally seething inside and I didn't want to be nasty.  I'm NOT planning on going back.
