I have been to clinics in Third World Countries, Russia and Ukraine that offer faster and better care. I was recently there for bruised ribs and left hip from a ladder fall. I was in quite of bit of pain and they made me wait 2 hrs for some nonsense, so I left. The next day I called to complete the discharge and they told me NO! All my records were destroyed. I later found out they lied too me. If you are painfully hurt, find another hospital or buy a quart of whiskey, you will be better off!

Although the hospital itself is not ideal, the RN Michelle (night shift) is by far one of the best nurses I have ever encountered. She made me feel so much better about the situation I was in.

I dislocated my shoulder. It took 10 minutes to put it back in place. Room $1,700, hospital charge for dislocated shoulder $1,100, Doctors charge $1,400 for a grand total of $4,100. The staff seemed stressed and over worked. I requested an itemized bill on the phone any by registered mail. They won't give it to me, even though they are required to by Federal law. I did not do any X-rays or drugs. After my should was back in the socket and I told them I was not going to have an X-Ray or any other services the staff evaporated within 30 seconds. Once the money train was over, no discussion of after care, no one even pointed the direction out of the hospital. All I got was, "Sign here" then they all vanished.

I would give zero stars if I could. Didn't help me at all. The male nurses are dumbasses and worse thing was a man approached me in the waiting room and tried to tell me his bad experience with them. I can't believe this ER gets so many bad stories from people!!, Should have gone to Milford! Won't ever go back!

This is the worst er that i have ever been at. We were here for 2 hours before seeinf a triage nurse there was not 1 person in the waiting room.. Once the new shift came in my son was seen by triage. That was 2 hours from first arrivi g. That was just the beginning of a bad experience at this hospital
